Waterbury Hospital, Saint Mary’s Hospital and Hartford HealthCare, which owns Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in Torrington, announced they will be closing all COVID-19 drive-thru tests Thursday in anticipation of the snowstorm expected to begin after sunset Wednesday.
