But she maintained her innocence and immediately appealed against the conviction.
The case went before a judge at Bolton Crown Court who has now upheld the appeal and told Ms Lunt that the conviction would be erased and she was free to go.

Three people from Manchester have been charged in relation to an investigation into serious crime following two serious assaults in Rochdale.
Jeffrey Ojo, 20, Gedeon Kalumda, 19, and a 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, have all been charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
All three were remanded in custody to appear before Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on Saturday (6 February).
