Royal Smith, State College, a Certified Energy Manager and a Certified Practitioner in Energy Management Systems, has been hired as project manager with a focus on energy consulting services. Smith has more than 14 years of experience in energy and compliance projects. Most recently he worked as a technical adviser to manufacturers, finding energy efficiency opportunities, building client relationships, and working with students.
Smith earned a bachelor s degree in chemical engineering from Penn State.
