With new policies in place and changes with ride openings and loading procedures, it’s best to read through this guide to make sure you stay safe and get the most out of your visit during the Coronavirus pandemic. It is suggested on the SeaWorld website that you make a reservation prior to visiting, and although it’s been our experience that it is not always required, know that you may not gain entry to the park without a reservation; especially on a busy day. Patrons are required to wear a mask while riding rides and in the park. Guests may remove masks when seated and eating/drinking.

Dr. Segna retired in 2017 from a career as a practicing veterinarian, association executive, and community college educator. Before retiring, he was the assistant executive director of the California Veterinary Medical Association (CVMS), an 8,000-member professional organization.
Dr. Segna was a leader of the CVMA legislative team, oversaw membership services, the regulatory and compliance department, student programs, and the association websites. He worked with state legislators and regulatory agencies, representing the interest of the veterinary profession.
