Too often, community managers are seen as a form of customer service an afterthought and role that exists to soothe complaints and grow a brand’s online presence. What people don’t realize is how tough that job can be, that those managers are essentially on the front lines fighting for the integrity of the brand day in and day out.

Web servers are configured in a way that allows them to host a number of different web applications and websites on the same IP address. It is the reason why the host header exists. The host header specifies which web application or website is responsible for processing the incoming HTTP request. The web server then makes use of the header value for dispatching the request to the specified web application.
But what would happen when someone specifies an invalid host header? It can lead to host attacks. In this article, we will discuss host attacks and what are the different host attack vulnerabilities.

More farmers protecting environment
For many, Earth Month in April is a time to inspire awareness and focus on improvements to our environment. As a Northeast Ohio farmer, protecting the land and water where I farm is a year-round commitment that I take seriously.
Recently there have been concerns about the role Ohio’s agriculture community plays in protecting our environment, specifically as it relates to water quality. Ohio’s legislators and farmers have a long history of working together to identify workable solutions that protect the environment and address water challenges.
Additionally, Ohio’s agriculture, conservation, environmental and research communities recently came together to establish the Ohio Agriculture Conservation Initiative (OACI), which was formed to create a recognized farmer certification program.
