The 15,000 sq ft building on Haslingden Road in Blackburn has been let to 401 Group after the Issa Brothers’ forecourts firm relocated to a new £35m headquarters on the same road.
Blackburn-based 401 Group, which provides alternative financing solutions to its clients, is relocating from Abundance House at Centurion Park and has signed a 10-year lease on Euro House, part of Beehive Trading Park.
Trevor Dawson acted for EG Group subsidiary Euro Garages, which put its former headquarters up for sale last year but is no longer looking to sell.
Caroline James, managing director of Trevor Dawson, said: “This letting is significant as it is one of the largest in the area over the last two years and endorses the importance of offices to business.”
