Shawn Levy & Dan Cohen are producing via their 21 Laps banner. Emily Morris and Becca Edelman overseeing the project for 21 Laps. Sarah Shepard is overseeing for 20
th Century Studios.
Karen Maine is attached to direct the project. Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber (“The Fault in Our Stars,” “500 Days of Summer”).

After a series of delays throughout last year due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, Sony Pictures has decided to move back Daniel Espinosa sÂ
Morbius one more week, this time from January 21 to January 28, 2022.Â
However, unlike the previous pandemic-related postponements, this time it s for a good reason. The film has officially been confirmed for an IMAX release, which should make a notable difference at the global box office come next January.
