California health officials announced that breweries, wineries and distilleries that do not serve food can now operate outdoors with modifications in the purple and red tiers.
Alameda, Solano and Santa Cruz counties have officially moved into the red tier today. That means indoor dining will be allowed, also museums, gyms, and movie theatres could reopen.
