President Biden plans Tuesday to speak from the White House about the “state of vaccinations” in the country as he continues to push states to expand eligibility. Both Biden and Vice President Harris are scheduled to visit vaccination sites as the administration seeks to keep a focus on combating the pandemic. Democrats are also maneuvering over how to pass Biden’s next major legislative initiative, a $2 trillion jobs and infrastructure package, through an evenly divided Senate.
