Chico City Council to discuss homelessness, needle ban and sewer partnership
The Chico City Council has a heavy agenda for Tuesday s meeting. Among the list is a possible sewer partnership with the Town of Paradise, homelessness, and final reading of the needle distribution program ban.

CHICO, Calif. - The Chico City Council meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 2 had members discussing several ongoing issues in the city.

Chico City Council unanimously voted to pass a motion that allowed for Chico and Paradise to begin a $300,000 study into the sewage project.

The city of Chico is still trying to find a solution to it’s homeless problem.

CHICO, Calif. - Tuesday, the Chico City Council will consider several options for the homeless. A camping site where the BMX thing was, maybe tiny houses there, loaning money through a grant for chat to buy a hotel or allowing people to camp in their cars at the Park and Ride, said council member Sean Morgan.
It would allow the homeless to park at the Park and Ride on Highways 32 and 99, setting aside certain rows for them to use.
