Sixers Bell Ringer Season Standings:
Joel Embiid - 5
Dakota Mathias - 1
In a game of depleted rosters and wild swings, the Sixers blew a double-digit fourth-quarter lead, then came back from a five-point deficit in the final 30 seconds to force overtime. Joel Embiid and Tyler Herro traded shots in overtime, but it was Dakota Mathias who hit a 3 (his only field goal of the game) with 26 seconds left to give Philadelphia the lead for good. In the end, a 137-134 overtime win for the Sixers, and a Bell Ringer to choose for us.

Sixers Bell Ringer Season Standings:
Joel Embiid - 4
Dakota Mathias - 1
With over half the roster decimated by COVID-19 contact tracing and various injuries, the seven(ty) Sixers hung tough for about a half, before the Denver Nuggets used a lopsided third quarter to pull away for an eventual 115-103 win. While it’s an unfortunate circumstance under which the team suffered its first loss in Philadelphia since 2019, hopefully the defeat on the court is the worst result to come from a game the NBA really should have postponed. There were only seven possible candidates for Bell Ringer tonight, so let’s pick one.
