Motive Capital Corp Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering, including Underwriters’ Over-Allotment Option Motive Capital Corp Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering, including Underwriters’ Over-Allotment Option Motive Capital Corp (the Company) today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 41,400,000 units, including 5,400,000 units pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters over-allotment option, at a public offering price of $10.00 per unit. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share of the Company and one-third of one warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one Class A ordinary share of the Company at a price of $11.50 per share. The units are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (the NYSE) under the symbol MOTV.U. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on the NYSE under the symbols MOTV and MOTV WS, respectively.

A report from UOB, PwC and the Singapore Fintech Association reveals that the ASEAN region is now home to around 40 million new Internet users this year alone.
