Temasek, HPS Investment divest stake in US solar firm Cypress Creek Renewables to EQT

Singapore’s Temasek Holdings and global investment firm HPS Investment Partners are divesting their stake in the US-based solar and energy storage projects owner and developer Cypress Creek Renewables to Swedish private equity investor EQT.
In an announcement, EQT said it has agreed to acquire Cypress Creek from Temasek and certain funds managed by HPS for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition will be made through EQT Infrastructure V fund.
The transaction is subject to customary conditions and approvals and is expected to close in the second half of 2021.
