Joists are lifted high in the air at the construction site of the Vineyards at Nassau Valley off Route 9 near Lewes. Phase 3 of the project includes apartments, condominiums and single-family homes.
Construction at Governors, along Gills Neck Road near Lewes, continues. The subdivision is a mixture of single-family homes and town homes with a total of 423 units.
