(NYSE: FUN) is leaving the company. The Sandusky-based amusement and water park operator on Wednesday, June 9, announced that Duffield E. Milkie has agreed to transition out of his role as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary after nearly 14 years in the job. Milkie, 55, has resigned his officer positions effective immediately. As part of the transition, Cedar Fair said in a news release, Milkie will remain an employee until Sept. 30, serving in a nonexecutive role. After that, he will be an of counsel adviser to Cedar Fair through the end of February 2022.
