20 public universities’ cluster admission test in June
The date of admission test in all the public universities of the country for the academic year 2020-2021 has been finalized.
The examinations of science, humanities and commerce of 20 public universities will be held in last two Saturdays in June and the first two Saturdays in July.
Admission test for seven cluster agricultural universities will be held on May 29.
Besides, admission test of Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) will be held on June 10 and the entry test of Rajshahi, Khulna and Chittagong University of Engineering (RUET, KUET, CUET) on June 12 while Jahangirnagar University admission test will be held on June 20.

The vice-chancellors fixed the schedule in a virtual meeting of the University Council on Wednesday, said Mohammad Rafiqul Alam, president of the council and VC of Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology or CUET.
Dhaka University will hold the admission tests on May 22, 27 and 28, and on Jun 5 while Jahangirnagar University admission tests will be held from Jun 6 to 20.
Among the engineering universities, BUET will hold the exams on Jun 10 while RUET, CUET and KUET will hold the tests on Jun 12 under a clustered system.

Significant development projects are in pipeline in Bangladeshâs main port city Chittagong that “may attract investment from Turkey,” an official statement said on Wednesday.
“Chittagong Port, historic gateway to Bangladesh, presents many opportunities for Turkish companies to invest,” the statement by the Turkish Embassy in Bangladesh said, adding that “prominent Turkish LPG company Aygaz A.S. will hopefully be the first one to do so.”
The statement came after a four-day tour of Turkish Ambassador to Bangladesh Mustafa Osman Turan to Chittagong on Jan. 9-12, 2021.
The Turkish diplomat met a number of officials, business leaders and academicians during his tour at Chittagong, also the commercial hub of the South Asian nation.
