Health by James Hall 16th Dec 2020 6:35 PM Two new cases of COVID-19 were reported on Sydney s Northern Beaches on Wednesday afternoon, New South Wales health officials have confirmed. The new infections comes after a Sydney van driver who transports international and domestic airline staff tested positive. A woman in her 60s and a man in his 70s from the Northern Beaches are the two new cases that have no known links to any existing cases.

Three new cases of COVID-19 have been detected on Wednesday in Sydney, two along the northern beaches and one in the cityâs south-west.
NSW Health confirmed a woman in her 60s and a man in his 70s tested positive for the virus and are close contacts of each other. The cases visited a number of venues while infectious in Palm Beach, Avalon and Mona Vale. No links have so far been identified to other known cases.
