Felony warrant issued for Brimley woman who cut tether

Fawn Teeple Credit Chippewa County Sheriff s Office Fawn Teeple, 39, of Brimley was out on bond for her third arrest for operating while intoxicated, with the condition she must be on a tether. She cut the tether and is now wanted by the Sheriff’s Office on a felony warrant. Teeple is described as 5’4” and 130 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to call 911 or submit a tip on the Chippewa County Sheriff’s app. Tags:

Semi truck crash results in arrest in Chippewa County Contributed CHIPPEWA COUNTY A Kincheloe man was arrested earlier this week for operating while intoxicated after he rolled a semi truck on I-75.  The Chippewa County Sheriff s Office was dispatched to south bound I-75 at the Mackinac Trail overpass at 10:58 p.m. on Tuesday. Deputies were responding to a semi truck that had crashed and rolled on its side. Upon arrival, deputies found a semi that had driven into the median and rolled, hitting the overpass and the guardrail. Rolls of steel that were thrown from the trailer. During the investigation, it was found that the driver showed signs of intoxication. The driver was then given roadside sobriety tests which he failed.
