Feb. 18 (UPI) Candidates in the Seoul mayoral race slammed the administration of South Korean President Moon Jae-in for incompetence and hypocrisy during the first televised debate ahead of a by-election in April.
Ahn Cheol-soo, 58, a mayoral candidate with the minor opposition People s Party, said Thursday on Channel A Moon s government has failed miserably, citing recent policies, Newsis reported.
