Two positive cases, two people recover

The two, who arrived on December 14, were asymptomatic, and tested positive on their second tests. Two people were released from isolation. As a result, 20 people remain at the Harrison Point isolation facility. Barbados has recorded 307 cases, comprising 161 females and 146 males. December 15, 2020 Barbados recorded another COVID-19 case on Sunday. A 37-year-old male visitor, who arrived on British Airways on December 11, returned a positive result on the second test. He was asymptomatic. His was the only positive test among the 799 tests conducted by the Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory, bringing the confirmed cases of the viral illness to 297 – 154 females and 143 males. One person was released from isolation on Monday, which brings the total of recovered persons to 273, and those in isolation to 17. The public health laboratory has completed 55,233 tests. COVID-19 Update: Two new cases; two recoveries

December 14, 2020 Two male visitors tested positive for COVID-19 out of the 702 tests conducted by the Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory on Saturday. The two men, aged 20 and 45, arrived on December 11, on British Airways and American Airlines, respectively. They were asymptomatic, and tested positive on their second tests. Additionally, two persons were released from isolation yesterday. As a result, there are 17 persons in isolation. Barbados has recorded 296 cases, comprising 154 females and 142 males. To date, 272 people have recovered. The laboratory has completed 54,434 tests since February.
