Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairman Benhur Abalos will summon all those involved in the P3-billion unfinished flood and traffic control projects in 2020 after they were flagged by the Commission on Audit (COA) in its latest report.
In its report, COA found out that only 27 out of the 94 programmed flood control projects last year were completed.
The incomplete projects were due to delays in procurement and release of the Special Allotment Release Order (SARO) from the Department of Budget and Management.
