Andrew Cuomo has become the second former aide to accuse the governor of sexual harassment, according to a report by the New York Times. Charlotte Bennett, the former aide, told the Times that on June 5 of last year the governor asked her numerous questions about her personal life, including whether she thought age mattered in romantic relationships. Cuomo, 63, told Bennett he was open to relationships with women in their 20s, Bennett told the Times. She is 25 years old.
