Land Bank Setting Up New Partnership
MUSKINGUM COUNTY, Ohio-The Muskingum County Land Bank met Tuesday with the Zanesville Minority Business Network.
The two entities hope to team to buy and restore properties in Zanesville. They are already well on the way to making the partnership official.
“We had discussions with the board on a partnership with the Zanesville Minority Business Network on rehabbing some houses that have fallen into disrepair. The board had conversations with Tony Bynum and they were trying to work something out. I think we’re heading in the right direction to actually get a house into their hands,” Land Bank Executive Director Andy Roberts said.
