Bringing the internet home

151 Waterbury patrons of the Silas Bronson Library can now borrow the internet right from the library. Ten WiFi hotspots are available to be borrowed for one week at a time and the hotspots can be used to connect a phone, tablet, or computer to the internet. The addition of hotspots to the Silas Bronson Library’s collection was made possible by a grant from Governor Ned Lamont’s Everybody Learns Initiative, part of the larger Connecticut Coronavirus Relief Fund. The Everybody Learns Grant is an investment in public libraries and the communities that we serve. The Silas Bronson Library is the public library of the City of Waterbury located at 267 Grand St. For more information, visit bronsonlibrary.org.
