The media-tech company Hypefactors presents solid growth figures for 2020.
Despite the unexpected challenges arising from the covid-19 situation, 2020 was the best year for Hypefactors so far. Revenue for the period amounted to DKK 4.380m, compared to DKK 1.950m in 2019, corresponding to an increase of 125%. Hypefactors reached an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of DKK 4.910m as per December 31, 2020, (2019: 2.760m) which is an increase over the last twelve months of 78%. Significant investments have been made in the ambitious development of the company s software platform, which i.a. provides users with better and more data-driven national and international media intelligence.

The Pentagon moved a step closer to getting more of its leadership in place as the White House said President Biden would nominate officials to oversee the budget, acquisition and intelligence.
All three officials have deep backgrounds in defense and national security.
Michael Brown, whom Biden intends to nominate as the undersecretary for acquisition and sustainment, currently leads the Defense Innovation Unit, the Silicon Valley-based arm of the Pentagon that aims to quickly get commercial technology to the battlefield. His expected nomination comes as military leaders look for ways to quickly field new weapons to compete with China.
To say it’s been a rough year for the restaurant industry is an understatement.
Restaurants across Canada have suffered immensely from stay-at-home orders, strict in-person seating capacity restrictions and other lockdown measures induced by the COVID-19 pandemic. Ten per cent of Canada’s independent restaurants have already permanently shut down in light of pandemic-related hardships, and recent estimates project that another 40 per cent may not survive beyond March 2021.
