(NYSE: RPAI) (the "Company") today announced that its board of directors declared a dividend for the Company's outstanding Class A common stock for the second quarter of 2021 of $0.075 per share, up from the $0.07 per share declared for the first quarter of 2021. The dividend of $0.075 per share will be paid on July 9, 2021, to Class A common stockholders of record on June 25, 2021.
