The Civil Surgeon said, 57,871 people received their first doses from three different centres.
On April 7, 39,000 second doses arrived in Chudanga and second dose vaccination activities started from April 8, he added.
In total, 31,104 people received second dose before the vaccine went out of stock on Thursday. On the other hand, 5,000 doses were sent to Kushtia and 500 doses to Meherpur when instructed by the Minister of Health, Maruf said.
General people are receiving SMS with second dose updates but are returning without getting the jab from the centres.
Deputy Commissioner of Chuadanga Nazrul Islam Sarkar said, the status of getting vaccines is still uncertain but a demand letter has been sent.

Three Bangladeshis who returned from India through Benapole land port 14 days ago have tested positive for Covid-19.
They are among the 22 in Jashore district who tested positive for coronavirus last night, our Benapole correspondent reports.
The India returnees who ended their 14-day institutional quarantine in different hotels yesterday were admitted to the Corona unit of Jashore Medical College Hospital, said Rehnewaz Rony, medical officer of Civil Surgeon s Office in the district.
Meanwhile, a local coronavirus patient died while undergoing treatment at Jashore Medical College Hospital last night, he said.

COVID patients reported on Tuesday; 679 deaths in state
Continuing the pleasing recent trend, the number of recoveries surpassed the number of fresh COVID cases in the district, with 7,358 COVID patients discharged on Tuesday. The cumulative number of COVID-recovered patients in the district has risen to 8,93,676 on Tuesday. Also, 108 deaths amongst patients were reported on Tuesday, with the district death tally now at 15,549, said district health officials.
Apart from these, 3,741 fresh COVID cases were reported in the district on Tuesday. This has taken the cumulative total of COVID cases to 9,76,429 in the district.
