LONDON: Three British-born Sikhs of Indian origin were arrested in dawn raids on Monday in the West Midlands and hauled before Westminster magistrates’ court where they are facing extradition to India on conspiracy to murder charges.
The three pro-Khalistan activists were named by West Midlands police on Thursday as Gursharanvir Singh Wahiwala and his brother Amritivir Singh Wahiwala from Coventry, aged 37 and 40, and Piara Singh Gill, 38, from Wolverhampton.
