一、深刻认识支持女性科技人才在科技创新中发挥更大作用的重要意义近年来，我国女性科技人才队伍规模逐步扩大、结构不断优化、能力显著提升，在基础理论、应用技术、工程实践等各个方面作出杰出贡献，充分彰显出巾帼力量。但从总体上看，高层次女性科技人才仍较为缺乏，女性科技人才在职业发展中仍面临一些瓶颈问题，符合女性科技人才特点的专项政策不足，女性科技人才在科技创新中的作用尚未得到充分发挥。在“十四五”和今后相当长时期内，要坚持性别平等、机会平等，为女性科技人才成长进步、施展才华、发挥作用创造更好环境，支持女性科技人才坚持“四个面向”，不断向科学技术广度和深度进军，努力造就一批具有世界影响力的顶尖女性科技人才，为建成世界科技强国作出新的更大贡献。二、培养造就高层次女性科�
