BEIJING, April 1 (Xinhua) U.S. film Godzilla vs Kong continued dominating the Chinese mainland box office chart on Wednesday, according to data from the China Movie Data Information Network.
On the sixth day of its release, the new chapter in the cinematic MonsterVerse grossed 32.37 million yuan (around 4.94 million U.S. dollars), or about 68 percent of the daily total.
Domestic feature Warrior of China came in second, finishing the day with a revenue of 3.23 million yuan.
It was followed by time-travel comedy Hi, Mom, which generated a revenue of 3.01 million yuan on the day.
