FALLSBURG Some Fallsburg residents are making the most of their space by offering Fallsburg Summer Stage on property connected to Fallsburg Fearplex.
Jimmie Lockridge, one of the organizers, said Brian and Bill Cassady, father-and-son owners of the Fearplex, and Chad Simmons are behind the event.
âChad and I have been concert lovers for years,â Lockridge said. âThatâs what started us. We were wondering, âWhy in the world is there not something like that here?ââ
Bill Cassady owns the campground property and his son, Brian, owns the fearplex. âIn between, there was a bunch of property,â Lockridge said, including an old stage in disrepair that the men were able to fix.

The film follows Sean (White) and Casey (Connolly), a typical budding couple in a small town in New Zealand. They met via an app, one date has led to another, and they are slowly introducing each other to their friends. There is one problem: Sean is widely presumed to have murdered his whole family. While Sean has to deal with a suspicious town, a dogged but bumbling sheriff, and an overzealous tabloid reporter, he wants nothing more than to prove his love to Casey by legally proving his innocence.

Retired staff members Margaret Hardy, Brenda Hocking and Mary Hepton, who have nearly 80 years service with the Co-op between them, officially opened the new store. Salvation Army Sgt Paul Casson and Territorial Envoy Mark Simpson also attended the opening to bless the new store.

With Lake Mendocino lower than it’s ever been, Redwood Valley Water District is shutting off irrigation services to its 200 agricultural customers on April 19.
