Bulletin Board: Greenfield Tennis Association to hold doubles tourney June 19 Modified: 6/13/2021 8:46:12 PM The Greenfield Tennis Association (GTA) will sponsor a fundraising, special day of doubles tennis on June 19. All proceeds will go toward the continued maintenance of the clay courts in Greenfield. Men, women, juniors and seniors of all levels are welcome to play in this fun, single-day event. You will enter as a single person; your doubles partner will be selected randomly and will change throughout the event with each round. The event will take place on the very clay courts the GTA is striving to preserve for the community – Beacon Field and Highland Park.

Freedom Credit Union Accepting Donations for Food Bank of Western Massachusetts 227 SPRINGFIELD Freedom Credit Union is collecting cash donations at its 11 branches throughout the region to benefit the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts, which leads the fight against food insecurity throughout Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin, and Berkshire counties. Donations will be accepted through Saturday, July 31. “Food insecurity is more prevalent than you might expect,” Freedom Credit Union President Glenn Welch said. “More than 100,000 people across the region’s four counties are in need of support, especially as we all continue to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic. As an institution, we are proud to raise awareness and funds to help the Food Bank provide for those in need.”
