According to a probable cause affidavit obtained from Fifth District Court, Savage voluntarily met with police officers on Wednesday night for an interview concerning an incident that was reported on March 4.
After being read her Miranda rights, Savage requested a lawyer. She was not questioned and was placed under arrest.
The allegations
On March 4, Falcon Ridge Academy personnel reported that a staff member had been showing pornography to students, the probable cause affidavit states.
Savage provided a written statement to the facility confirming that four minors, all under the age of 18, had seen a picture of her husband that was sexual in nature.
