Shayla Harris, 25, is charged with aggravated menacing in the incident that was reported about 3:30 p.m. Thursday, according to a statement from Westlake police. Harris is scheduled for her initial court appearance May 6, Rocky River Municipal Court records say. A couple came to the Westlake Police Department to report that Harris was threatening one of them through social media, police said. Investigators learned that the victim was a victim of the April 2020 case.

Sean Corrigan, of Cleveland, pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter, attempted murder and felonious assault charges in the attack that left 56-year-old Francis D’Amico dead, a 59-year-old man with a bullet in his back and a 57-year-old woman pistol-whipped. Cuyahoga County prosecutors originally charged Corrigan with aggravated murder, which would have put him behind bars for life had he been convicted. Prosecutors allowed him to plead guilty to the reduced charge in exchange for his plea.
