A strident former President Jacob Zuma pledged yesterday that he would resist going to prison. Zuma, who was sentenced to 15 months in jail by the Constitutional Court for contempt of court, told Zulu amabutho and izinduna inside his Nkandla homestead last night that the judgment wrongfully took into consideration utterances he made during “political speak” when finding him guilty of undermining the judiciary.
