Stamp Duty Tax and Status of Land Correspondence; new e-services on DevelopTT, the digital platform of the Town and Country Planning Division of the Ministry of Planning and Development The Ministry of Planning and Development has authorized the launch of two additional online services as part of the DevelopTT online construction permitting platform. The new services are Stamp Duty Exemption and Status of Land Correspondence. The additional e-services will be up and running on Monday 8 th February. The system will be accepting correspondence applications for the T1 planning region; this is property/sites located within the North Regional area inclusive of Diego Martin, Port of Spain and San Juan/Laventille Regional Corporations. Stamp duty exemption now online Wednesday 10 February 2021 A member of the DevelopTT administrative team tests the new online stamp duty and status of land correspondence system. - MINISTRY OF PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT Applications for stamp duty exemptions and status of land correspondence are now being offered at DevelopTT – the digital platform of the Town and Country Planning Division (TCPD) of the Ministry of Planning and Development. As of February 8, these additional e-services have been up and running to serve two regions of TT. These areas are the T1 planning region inclusive of the Diego Martin regional corporation, Port of Spain city corporation and part of the San Juan/Laventille regional corporation, and the T5 planning region namely the Chaguanas borough corporation, the Couva/Tabaquite/Talparo regional corporation, Tunapuna/ Piarco regional corporation and part of the San Juan/ Laventille regional corporation.

Oz regulator takes action against Woodside over Enfield decommissioning
