The Ministry of Planning and Development has authorized the launch of two additional online services as part of the DevelopTT online construction permitting platform. The new services are Stamp Duty Exemption and Status of Land Correspondence. The additional e-services will be up and running on Monday 8
th February. The system will be accepting correspondence applications for the T1 planning region; this is property/sites located within the North Regional area inclusive of Diego Martin, Port of Spain and San Juan/Laventille Regional Corporations. Applications for stamp duty exemptions and status of land correspondence are now being offered at DevelopTT – the digital platform of the Town and Country Planning Division (TCPD) of the Ministry of Planning and Development.
As of February 8, these additional e-services have been up and running to serve two regions of TT.
These areas are the T1 planning region inclusive of the Diego Martin regional corporation, Port of Spain city corporation and part of the San Juan/Laventille regional corporation, and the T5 planning region namely the Chaguanas borough corporation, the Couva/Tabaquite/Talparo regional corporation, Tunapuna/ Piarco regional corporation and part of the San Juan/ Laventille regional corporation.

Operator Woodside Energy has been hit with compliance action by Australia’s offshore regulator to ensure the “safe and responsible decommissioning” of infrastructure left at its Enfield development, off the coast of Western Australia.
The National Offshore Petroleum Safety & Environmental Management Authority (Nopsema) has issued Woodside with enforcement action over the decommissioning of the Nganhurra riser turret mooring in the WA-28-L licence.
