Following the Company s move to Delaware GEVI was restructured through a merger where the Company became General Entertainment Ventures Inc. Additionally, the Company took on a subsidiary, Strategic Asset Holdings, LLC, previously privately controlled by GEVI CEO, Jason Tucker.
