For those who watched it (and even those who missed it), the inauguration of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris was a history-making event steeped in significance.
Mr Biden became the oldest president to be sworn in, while Ms Harris was the first black, South-Asian and female American to become vice-president.
But they weren t the only things to make an impact. US Youth National Poet Laureate Amanda Gorman also became the youngest poet in US history to play a significant role in an inauguration.
There were also smaller moments, too, that although not history making, captured the hearts and minds of many.
