SuperSport United coach Kaitano Tembo was full of praise for his side s performance despite them going down 3-1 to Tshwane rivals Mamelodi Sundowns.
SuperSport were run off their feet in the first half by a rampant Sundowns but showed character and fight in the second half to reduce the deficit.
And Tembo said he could not fault his players effort and made the claim that his side should have been 3-0 up before the Brazilians had even scored their first. This is one game we didn t deserve to lose, the Matsatsantsa mentor told SuperSport TV.

2020/21 champions Mamelodi Sundowns have added a historic fourth league title in a row as their title count in the PSL era moves up to 11, further widening the gap ahead of Kaizer Chiefs.
Sundowns were the first to win three league titles in a row from 1998-2000 before SuperSport United also won three on the trot from 2008-10.
Just like Chiefs and Pirates, the men from Chloorkop also won it twice in a row in 2005/06 and 2006/07.
Though it has been a week in which they were knocked out of the CAF Champions League, they will take pride in guaranteeing another return to the continent s premier club competition next season for the eighth year running.
