Larry A. Miller has been promoted to chairman and CEO of
North Dallas Bank & Trust Co. He currently serves as president of the bank and will take the helm in April.

Miller has been with North Dallas Bank & Trust Co. for the entirety of his 38-year career. He replaces Michael Shipman, who is retiring after 48 years in the financial services industry 25 of which were spent with North Dallas Bank &. Trust Co.
