Cairo, Apr 3 (Prensa Latina) Egypt s Environment Minister Yasmine Fouad on Saturday assured that her country is taking important steps to fight climate change. Pollution is the key cause of this global scourge, but its impact on natural resources is the most worrying thing in Egypt, Fouad said in her speech at a UN dialogue on climate change.
In this regard, domestic sustainable development strategy Vision Egypt 2030 regards separate environmental policies including ecotourism in marine reserves, management of coastal areas as well as a low-carbon strategy development.
