Infiniti has provided preliminary details for the next-generation QX60, which is currently undergoing development testing ahead of its market launch later this year. The latest announcement mainly focuses on how capable the three-row SUV will be in bad weather thanks to the carmaker’s most advanced Intelligent All-Wheel Drive system.
This is part of a powertrain setup that includes a 3.5 litre V6 and a new nine-speed automatic transmission, the latter replacing the Xtronic CVT used in the current QX60. Infiniti says its all-wheel drive system has been extensively tested in varying conditions from snow to sand and wet roads, and everything in between. Besides cold-weather locales pictured here, the team also tested the vehicle in desert locations such as Death Valley, California, and Moab, Utah.
Come June 2021, South Africans will be able to purchase the new Nissan Navara. While not all-new, the updates brought about are comprehensive and the bakkie is, according to Wheels24 correspondent Calvin Fisher, a significant improvement over what came before .
There are three aspects about the new Navara that s bound to put it in good stead against its rivals: 1) It s now built in South Africa, 2) it is priced lower than the outgoing model, and 3) it implements a new 2.5-litre diesel engine opposed to the current 2.3-litre mill.

Following a preview near the end of March this year, Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) has now officially launched the facelifted Nissan Navara in Malaysia. Still in its third generation (D23), the latest iteration of the “mother trucker” gets a substantial design overhaul and will be offered in five double-cab variants and a sole single-cab option.
