Stephen O Neil, who also has connections to Blackpool, is wanted in connection with an allegation of rape, assault and criminal damage. Along with four other people, O Neil is wanted as part of Operation Hunter, a dedicated operation to finding individuals trying to evade capture. Since the operation was launched earlier this month, police have made 58 arrests in West Division and now need your help to make five more.
