What are some techniques used to monitor the environment and food?
A broad range of analytical chemical methods is used for environmental monitoring and food safety. Some of these are lab-based techniques, such as mass spectrometry, GC, HPLC and chromatography, while some are technologies that can also be used on-site.
These on-site technologies are typically dominated by portable, self-sustained sensors, either biosensors or chemosensors.

What role does cannabis play in 2021, especially in the realm of public health?
With increased medicinal and recreational use, we really need to have a solid understanding of how this is going to impact drug-impaired driving, workplace safety and even accidental toxic exposures.

Can you give us a brief introduction to SARS-CoV-2 Antibody tests and the importance of its reliability?
A SARS-CoV-2 antibody test, or serological test, is used to detect antibodies which are made by your immune system in response to a threat, such as a specific virus. These blood tests can provide a history of infection in individuals, monitor population-based prevalence of disease, assess disease stage, and guide vaccine development.
