1. Billing/Account receivable Clerk
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Creating invoices, Credit memos and other necessary billing documents,.
• Posting customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Following up on outstanding open invoices.
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
• Good Data Entry Skill
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
• Must be able to multitask, be well organized, and be detail oriented.
