Olive Her Friends: Meet Alika
My dog Olive is my best friend, I couldn t imagine life without her. I wish everyone had an Olive. That s why we teamed up with Ninna s Road to Rescue. We love to show off some of Ninna s adoptable dogs, so hopefully, you find that companion you ve been looking for.
Ninna s Road to Rescue
Meet Alika, she is a Maltese weighing in at 19 pounds and is approximately 10 to 11 years old. Alika has a sad story, she thought she found her happily ever after with her new mommy, but her human ended up in a nursing home so now Alika is on the hunt for a home yet again. If you love a blast with a fun friend who loves car rides you need to meet Alika. She is great with other dogs and cats and is for the most part very low-key and just wants to spend some time with you on the couch. Her adoption fee is $130, which includes vetting, microchip, and the microchip enrollment fee.
Large fish-kill events were reported in several areas that these storms ravished, depleting whole populations of fish and virtually destroying some habitats.

Barrington Animal Hospital has delayed its plan to relocate into and expand the former Fifth Third Bank building in Barrington.
The village board unanimously voted Monday night to give an extension to the animal hospital, whose plan for the building at 353 W. Northwest Highway was approved in May 2020.
Under village code, the animal hospital, currently at 216 S. Northwest Highway, would have been required to get a building permit and start construction by May 4, within one year of approval. The new deadline is May 4, 2022.
