Miss Alabama USA 2021: Miss Cullman takes the crown

Flanigan was one of 26 women vying for the title of Miss Alabama USA 2021. She competed in interview, swimsuit and evening gown segments on Saturday, and moved on to the Saturday finals. Kelly Hutchinson, Miss Alabama USA 2020, crowned her successor on Sunday.
“This is my first pageant ever,” a victorious Flanigan said in an Instagram video posted by pageant producer RPM Productions. The pageant was streamed online via PageantsLive.

Twenty-six women from around the state will compete for the title of Miss Alabama USA 2021 on Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 9-10, at the Auburn Hotel Grand Ballroom, 241 S College St. in Auburn. (See their names and photos in the gallery above.)
Tickets are $35-$95 via the RPM Productions website. Face masks will be required at the event, along with temperature checks at the door, to help prevent the spread of coronavirus.
The pageant runs in tandem with the 2021 edition of Miss Alabama Teen USA; 41 young women are in the running for that.
