MONROE, Utah â This is the last place someone reported seeing 12-year-old Salome Johnson.
His father said Salome ran away from his home, according to the boyâs mother, Sarah Johnson. An investigator from the Sevier County Sheriffâs Office would later tell Johnson that tracks were leading from his fatherâs house and there may have been an imprint of a duffle bag in the snow.
Johnson suspects something else â that Salome is living and working with the polygamous Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

SEVIERVILLE â An Ohio man was arrested Friday after allegedly threatening a woman for testifying about an earlier incident and for being around her in violation of an order of protection.
Todd James Jeffery, 38, of Tiffin, Ohio, was due to appear in Sevier County General Sessions Court Friday on earlier charges of aggravated domestic assault and kidnapping involving his wife.
Albert Biggs, a corporal with the Sevier County Sheriffâs Office, came across the woman in the parking lot outside the courthouse when she said she was afraid to testify against Jeffery. The Mountain Press does not generally identify victims of domestic violence.
