IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship officials released a technical look at its 2022 makeover on Wednesday, ahead of this weekend s Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix weekend on Belle Isle.
Since announcing earlier this year plans to introduce the GTD Pro class, which will use cars built to FIA-GT3 technical regulations, IMSA has been working on on the specifications for the new Grand Touring Daytona (GTD Pro) class that will replace the current Grand Touring Le Mans (GTLM) class.
