CHESTER COUNTY, PA A Philadelphia meth supplier would not deliver to Chesco because he knew he d face harsher penalties if busted here, said investigators who confiscated more than $150,000 worth of drugs along with $45,000 in cash and numerous guns after a months-long investigation.
Instead, local drug dealers had to travel to Philadelphia to buy the drugs from J Philly for resale in Chester County, according to police investigators.
The Chester County District Attorney s Office today announced the arrest of nine people charged in connection with trafficking large quantities of methamphetamine, heroin, and other drugs bought in Philadelphia and sold in Chester County.

ROXBOROUGH, PHILADELPHIA A Roxborough home was a part of a major drug and gun trafficking operation, according to authorities.
The Chester County District Attorney s Office Tuesday announced the arrest of nine people charged in connection with trafficking large quantities of methamphetamine, heroin, and other drugs bought in Philadelphia and sold in Chester County.
Among those charged is Jeremiah Stefan Rafakie Bowens, 28, of Roxborough. Bowens has been charged with multiple counts of possession with intent to deliver, dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities, criminal use of communication facility, conspiracy, and related charges. Alicia Johnay Griffin, 21, of Philadelphia, is facing the same charges

NORTH COVENTRY TOWNSHIP, PA The woman accused of recklessly causing the Ashwood Apartments fire in July is in Chester County Prison awaiting a preliminary hearing that was moved from Dec. 17 to Feb. 11, 2021.
Toni Kirk, 30, remains in custody because she is unable to make the bail set at $2.5 million when she was charged in early October with 250 counts of misdemeanor Reckless Endangerment, as well as five felonies. A fire marshal s inspection report said the fire was deliberately set. Kirk had to be extradited from New York, according to reports.

WEST CHESTER, PA A man who provided management services to homeowners associations in three states has admitted he embezzled $1.8 million from his clients by making unauthorized transfers of money.
William C. Huyler III, 41, of East Marlborough Township, pleaded guilty to 53 felonies connected to approximately $1.8 million he misappropriated from eight homeowners associations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, according to the Chester County District Attorney s Office.
The affected homeowners associations were in East Goshen, Uwchlan, Upper Merion, and West Norriton townships in Pennsylvania, and in Marlton, NJ and Kent County, Del.

A Hockessin dance instructor, who was convicted in Delaware of inappropriately touching a 17-year-old Dover student in 2017, has been sentenced in Pennsylvania to prison for sexually assaulting a teen in that state.
Alexander Boitsov, a former principal with major companies in Russia, was found guilty earlier this year of 14 charges he inappropriately touched a boy at a Frazer, Pennsylvania, ballet studio. The crime occurred over a two-year period.
On Monday, a Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas judge sentenced Boitsov to serve between four years and 10 months to nine and a half years
in prison, according to the Chester County District Attorney s Office.
